Who We Are

Jordanna Ailor
Jordanna Ailor has been an educator since 2003, recently entering full-time ministry as her family relocated to Costa Rica. The mother of two biological children, River and Windsor, and one older adopted daughter Jackie, now an adult, Jordanna has enjoyed her years of motherhood. Lessons God has shown her through her own rearing of children and those from the classroom are helpful in steering future ministry. Being a part of a great vision from God has been a humbling experience for her and it is her prayer that NOW Costa Rica be a place of rest and freedom to all who come to encounter the ministry.

Susan and Len Eastwood, founders of Neighbors Outreach Worldwide, first began ministry in Kenya in 2008. Over the next several years, they came to Kenya first on a 10-day trip, then two weeks, then three weeks, and then for one full month. The voice of God became clearer and louder. It was time to "sell it all" and become full time missionaries. In April 2012 they moved to Kenya to minister full time. They officially founded Neighbors Outreach Worldwide in 2014. The Eastwoods continue to minister to women through the Emily Martin Rescue Centre and children through the Children's Welfare and Education Program, providing growth and strength spiritually, mentally, and physically. Susan and Len are delighted to be launching a satellite site of Neighbors Outreach Worldwide in 2021 located in Herradura, Costa Rica partnering with Jordanna Ailor. Now, in 2025, NOWCR is forming their own non-profit organization.

BOARD, COUNCIL & CONSULTANTS

Lynne Ailor
"I am a retired Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My work history includes addiction treatment, eating disorders, and working with active duty military personnel. Since retiring I have been a prayer warrior for the Now Costa Rica endeavor. I also hope to be a resource for any mental health questions or concerns that may arise as the NOWCR team serves the children and youth of their community."

Sarah Beasley
“God gave me a love for serving and feeding people and for vulnerable populations. I worked in children’s ministry before focusing on raising our three kids. I’m grateful to have spent volunteer time teaching and discipling in jail ministry, leading a hunger relief program in a local school, and teaching at our church’s summer Kids Camp each year. Jaco has sealed itself onto the heart of our family and we are overjoyed to partner with NOWCR!”

Jami Carneal
"I am a retired kindergarten/ first grade teacher and am still blessed to work with students in a part- time position as a reading interventionist. I am wife to my wonderful husband Marty and mom to Leah (23) and Sam (22). I love getting to be a member of the council, praying alongside this team and getting to watch all the amazing work God is doing in Costa Rica through the NOWCR ministry. What an honor it is to join them in this endeavor which is touching lives for Gods Glory!"

Doug Dillingham
"Over the years, God has blessed me with a variety of positions in systems engineering, project/program management, the technical and administrative support of Bible translation, and running a retreat and counseling center for pastors and missionaries. Now He is bringing these experiences together in a new season. As I support the ministry of NOW Costa Rica, I have the pleasure of seeing God at work firsthand once again."

Nancy Dillingham
"For more than 40 years, I have served as an educator in a wide variety of settings. Some of my greatest joys have been stepping in to support teachers overseas and working with international students. I have also served in member care within a mission organization and have developed curriculum for children growing up in cross-cultural environments. I hold degrees in Biblical Studies and Elementary Education, which have allowed me to combine education, discipleship, and care for those serving in ministry while deepening my love for cross-cultural learning and the formation of the next generation."

Andrea Fulginiti
"I am a recently retired Pennsylvania educator after 28 years of teaching third grade. I have 2 masters of education and literacy. I was married to Michael who passed from ALS in 2016. We have three children and eight grandchildren. My love for children is carried on with this new season in life. Answering the call God placed on my heart to serve with NOWCR has been fulfilling and exciting. I look forward to the many opportunities He will bring to this special part of the world. The Lord has blessed me with much and I hope to share these blessings with others.

Trina Ludwig
"As the child of missionaries, I know first-hand the importance of surrounding missionaries with support - which is why my husband and I are starting our own non-profit to care for missionaries. In the meantime, I love supporting NOWCR and their mission of empowering women in our area of Costa Rica."

Jim Savage
"I have been married to Shelley for 45 years, and we have been blessed with one daughter/son-in-law and two grandchildren. I have been involved in NOW Costa Rica since 2024 and desire to continue to serve as the Lord willing leads. I have served as a House Parent at Illini Christian Children’s Home, Director of Rock River Christian Camp, and as the Volunteer Coordinator, Pacific Area Director, and Regional Director of Development for Wycliffe Associates. I currently serve a deacon at Cedar Street Baptist Church and an ordained pastor."

Carolyn Spencer
"I had the incredible opportunity to work in the county clerk's office in a charming small town in Virginia, and I proudly attend Beale Memorial Baptist Church. Missions have truly ignited my passion and I've been fortunate enough to embark on short-term missions in amazing places Kenya, Guatemala, and Costa Rica."
